Terms and conditions

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't buy.

I'm Sway Molina running ABSRRD solo—this is personal, made-to-order surreal art and apparel printed via Printful. Everything's custom, so expect that in the rules.

Eligibility
You must be 18+ (or have parent/guardian consent if under 18) to order. No bulk/commercial resale without my written permission.Orders & Payment

  • Orders are final once placed—made-to-order means no cancellations after processing starts (it happens fast).
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, or policy violation). If we cancel, we'll refund you.
  • Prices shown at checkout are final (typos/errors excepted—we'll notify if needed). Payment via our processor (we don't store card details).

Products & Descriptions

  • All items are made-to-order: colors, sizes, prints may vary slightly from photos due to screens, printing, materials (not 100% accurate—check charts). No warranties on exact matches.
  • Products sold "as is" for personal use. No guarantees beyond what's legally required.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photos, and site content are mine (copyrighted © Sway Molina/ABSRRD). You get a limited personal-use license upon purchase—no resale, reproduction, commercial use, or copying without permission. Don't steal the nonsense.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • I'm not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or anything beyond your order total.
  • No responsibility for delays, lost packages after carrier handover, or issues from third parties (Printful, shipping).
  • Force majeure: Crazy stuff (supply shortages, disasters, strikes, pandemics) can delay or cancel—I'll communicate when possible.
  • See our separate Shipping, Refund/Returns, and Privacy policies for those details (they're part of these terms).

Disputes
Any issues? Contact me first at [email protected] or DM @swaymolina—I'll try to sort it. Disputes governed by South Carolina law. Venue in South Carolina, SC courts if needed.

Changes
I can update these terms anytime—check back. Continued use means you accept changes. This keeps the shop fair, protects the small weird thing I'm building alone, and sets clear expectations. Questions? Reach out—I'm here, just one person.
