I'm Sway Molina, running ABSRRD solo from the US. This is a small, personal shop selling made-to-order absurd apparel and talismans. Your privacy matters—I collect only what's needed to fulfill orders and keep things running.
What I Collect
When you place an order or contact me:
- Name, email, shipping address (required for delivery).
- Phone number (optional, for carrier updates if needed).
- Payment details (handled securely by our processor; I don't store card info).
- Order history and any messages you send (e.g., via DM or email).
If you sign up for updates/newsletter (opt-in only): email address.I may also collect basic analytics data (e.g., via Google Analytics) like IP address, browser type, pages visited—to understand how people use the site and improve it.
How I Use It
- Process and ship your order.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (rarely) customer service replies.
- If you opt-in: occasional newsletter or drop announcements (unsubscribe anytime via link in email).
- Improve the shop and prevent fraud.
I don't sell your personal information to anyone. Ever.
Who I Share It With
Only trusted partners needed to run the shop:
- Printful (fulfillment/printing/shipping): They get your name, address, and order details to make and deliver your items. Their privacy policy applies to their handling: https://www.printful.com/policies/privacy
- Payment processor (e.g., Stripe/PayPal): Handles secure payments.
- Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS): For delivery tracking.
- Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics): Anonymized usage data.
No marketing lists sold or shared.
How Long I Keep It
Order info kept for up to 7 years (tax/legal reasons). Other data deleted when no longer needed or upon request.Your Rights
