
SHIPPING
Where do you ship? We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Puerto Rico, France, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, and Spain.
How long will it take to get my order? Because each item is custom-printed just for you when you order, delivery times include both production and transit. Typically, orders arrive within 5–15 business days for all supported countries.
How can I track my order? Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please note it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update once it has been generated.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties? For international orders (outside the US), customs fees or import duties may be applied by your local government upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDERS & PRODUCTS
Can I change or cancel my order? As soon as an order is placed, it is sent to our production facility to be printed. Because of this, we generally cannot cancel or modify an order once it has entered the "fulfillment" stage. Please double-check your address and size before checking out.
How do your clothes fit? Most of our apparel features a classic, comfortable fit. You can find a specific size guide link on each product page (like our tees and hoodies) to ensure the perfect fit.
I ordered multiple items, why did they arrive separately? Depending on the products ordered (e.g., a hat and a hoodie), items may be fulfilled at different locations and shipped in separate packages to get them to you as fast as possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We want you to love your ABSRRD gear. We offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. Because items are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Lost order?
What if my order is lost or arrives damaged? If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right. If a package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the carrier.
