All products are made-to-order and custom. No returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, color, or preference. We handle issues only for defects, damage, misprints, or our errors.

- We'll review and provide a replacement (at no cost) or refund (original payment method) if approved.
- Refunds processed in 5-10 business days after approval.
No cancellations once processing starts. Wrong size? Use product sizing charts before purchase—no exchanges.
International: You cover any return shipping, duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Lost packages (tracking shows delivered but missing): Contact within 7 days—we'll check with carrier.
