I'm running ABSRRD alone—everything's made-to-order custom via Printful, so there's a short creation window before it ships.
Fulfillment/Processing Time
Orders usually fulfill in 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, no weekends/holidays). Most ship in 2–3 days; over 97% within 5. Peaks or high volume can hit the upper end—I'll update you if delayed.Shipping & Delivery Estimates (after fulfillment)
- US domestic: 3–8 business days total delivery (often 4–7 with standard; faster options may show at checkout).
- International: 7–20+ business days (varies by country, customs, distance—some faster, some slower).
These are estimates only—not guarantees. Holidays, weather, carrier issues, or busy seasons (e.g., Nov–Dec) add time. Add extra buffer for holidays.
Carriers & Tracking
We use USPS, UPS, DHL, or regional partners (depends on location/product). Full tracking sent by email once shipped—check your spam if missing.
Costs & Taxes
Shipping Costs
- Live Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order weight. No hidden markups—you pay what it costs to ship.
- Promotions: We occasionally offer Free Standard Shipping on US orders via special discount codes (e.g., FREESHIPPING). To redeem, the code must be entered manually at checkout. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
International Taxes & Customs
- Duties & Fees: For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These are determined by your local government and are out of our control.
- Fulfillment: We partner with facilities worldwide to get your order to you as fast as possible. Most orders are fulfilled in the region they are ordered from to minimize fees, but this is not guaranteed.
- Returns: We cannot offer refunds for orders abandoned at customs due to unpaid fees.
Delays & Issues
If tracking shows delivered but it's missing, contact me within 7 days—I'll check with carrier. For other problems (lost in transit), reach out—we'll handle claims.
